The user submits expenses and mileages when necessary. This means that instead of keeping track of your expenses on a monthly basis, you can, immediately upon paying for an expense or taking a trip, submit it through either the mobile app or the web portal, and pay it no more mind.

The intended way for the user use Travel and Expense Management is through the app, which can be used on whichever device you normally use apps on. The app allows you to take a photo of an expense directly from the app, or plot in a route from one place to another, and immediately send it for approval.
