Just like the mobile app any user can access the AppsForDynamics365.com web portal to create expenses and mileages. That having been said, the web portal has been built with approvers in mind, whereas the mobile app has been built with the expense and mileage submission in mind. The AppsForDynamics365.com portal provides a convenient overview of all expenses and mileages that have been sent for approval and allows the approver to filter the view for easy approval of relevant expenses, as seen below.

On the AppsForDynamics365.com portal you can:

• Approve or reject expenses and mileages.
• Register own expenses.
• Register own mileages.
• Match expenses with credit card transactions.
• See the history of previous expenses, mileages and approvals.
• Add vehicles.
