History

The History menu item will display all your sent Expenses, Mileages and Credit Card transactions. It will feature Type, Description, Date, Status, Amount and any Attachments. The Status can be either Approved (check mark symbol) or Awaiting approval (hand symbol). This is useful to both approvers and employees, for when uncertainty arises.
