BTA Setup

In the BTA role center you find a shortcut to BTA setup. In the setup menu has 4 agreements.

Setup agreements Most of these setups can also be made when the agreement lines are made, but to start below setups is needed to make:

  • BTA Setup under general setup has to be done first.
  • The first Agreement must be made from the agreement setup.
  • The posting tables has to be made. Just open the menu and tap “Create default Setup”.

After these are done you can start to make agreements or you can go the the other setups.

Below a short description of the most important setup in each area. On the other pages every setup is explained.

General setup

Under general setup and setup the general BTA setup is made, which is:

  • The source code.
  • Number series for BTA Document and BTA Posted Document.
  • To make corrections credit memos the journal template and batch need to be filled in.
  • Optional BTA Dimension can be choose to use on the BTA Posting Setup
  • Optional the other Number Serials can be filled in.

Agreement line setup

The only menu that you will need to use is agreement to make the first agreement. When open you choose new and give it a name. Further setup is covered on the other pages.

Posting setup

In this setup you need to make the posting tables. When the menu is open just choose “Create default Setup”. Further setup is covered on the other pages.

Field setup

All these can be made when making the agreements. Therefore, this will be covered on the other pages.
