Overview
Quality tests can be enabled for following tables :
- Lot Information
- Serial Information
- Prod. Order Routing Line (‘in process tests’)
Note
Lot No. Information card and Serial No. information cards are created automatically.
When quality is enabled the following steps needs to be executed to complete the process integration.
- Setup Quality Rules for that table.
- Fields Quality Status and Quality Blocked are added to the Lot No. Information or Serial No. Information.
- Per table specific restrictions are in place if Quality Blocked is on :
- Lot Information card
- Cannot be consumed in a prod. order or assembly order
- Cannot be shipped to a customer
- Can only be transferred to a location or bin with Allow Quarantine checked.
- Serial information
- Cannot be consumed in a prod. order or assembly order
- Cannot be shipped to a customer
- Can only be transferred to a location or bin with Allow Quarantine checked.
- Prod. Order Routing line
- Output cannot be posted if any previous operation is ‘Quality Blocked’
- Lot Information card
Lot No. Information List
- Choose the
icon, enter Lot No. Information List, and then choose the related link.
- On the Lot No. Information list page, choose the correct Lot No., open the Lot No. card page.
- Go to the Quality fasttab on the card page. All the quality information is available.
- Source indicates from where the quality information is created.
- No. of Quality test links direct the created Quality tests.
- Status and expiration date is updated during the processes.
- You can find open and registered Quality tests from the card page. Choose Quality, Registered Quality tests in the ribbon and the registered Quality tests will be opened.
Serial No. Information List
- Choose the
icon, enter Serial No. Information List, and then choose the related link.
- On the Serial No. Information list page, choose the correct Serial No., open the Serial No. card page.
- Go to the Quality fasttab on the card page. All the quality information is available.
- Source indicates from where the quality information is created;
- No. of Quality test links direct the created Quality tests.
- Status and expiration date is updated during the processes.
