Manufacturing Accelerator provides a feature that allows users to replan tasks on Machine Centers to avoid machine overloads.

Setup

No setup is required for this functionality.

Execution

1. Observe the following scenario: Suppose there are 4 production orders to manufacture item. Choose the icon , enter Machine Centers.

   The function Plan Jobs one after another will reschedule the jobs for the Machine Center so that the overload is solved. All previous and trailing operations (if present) are also rescheduled to follow the rescheduling of jobs for Machine Center xxxxxx.

2. Select the Machine Center you want to reschedule
3. Click Task List
4. The Machine Center Task List Page appears
5. Select the lines you want to reschedule, Click Plan Jobs one after another in the ribbon.
6. Click Plan Jobs one after another in the ribbon.
7. The Plan Tasks Consecutively Page appears. Enter Starting Date and Starting Time, click OK to start the rescheduling.
8. The tasks are rescheduled.

Note

This functionality will reschedule operation by operation. If you reschedule consecutive operations, all previous and trailing operations will be rescheduled to adapt to the planning of the operation that is being rescheduled
