Inventory Ageing Report

This report was added in Manufacturing Accelerator to show the movements of items in inventory in order to select or revaluate outdated stock.
Setup
No setup is required for this functionality.
Execution
To open the Inventory Ageing Report, follow these steps :
- Choose the
icon, enterDays of Non-current Stock - The Days of Non-current Stock selection box appears.
In the Number of Days Filter, enter a number. If the last transaction for an item occured after the work date (the number of days entered), the item will not be included in the report.
Remark:
the filter should be empty, or in the following example format: 40..200; this means that if an item ledger entry exists for an item that is less than 40 days ago from the workdate, this item is not shown in the list.
If there is none less than 40 days ago, the report gives all item movements that occurred between 40 and 200 days back starting from the workdate, dependant on the four formula fields.
- Enter a value in each of the Column Formula fields.
- Click on Print or Print Preview to print the report.

The report will be as follows:
Last Transaction occured days ago: 11 (19/1/15 is 11 days ago on 30/1/15)
- Column 1 will show the sum of remaining quantities between the first entry in the Item Ledger Entry (31/12/14) and Work Date – 25D = 5/1/15: 3
- Column 2 shows the sum between Work Date – 25D and Work Date – 20D: 0
- Column 3 shows the sum between Work Date – 20D and Work Date – 15D: -1
- Column 4 shows the sum between Work Date – 15D and Work Date – 10D : +13
Note
transactions between workdate and the calculated date in Column 4 are not shown in the report. The identification of the last transaction date is showed in the first column of the report and reported in number of days.
