PRODUCTION ORDER K.P.I’S IN OVERVIEW SCREEN
In this article
Standard NAV doesn’t give an easy-to use overview of the status of production orders. That’s why Manufacturing Accelerator contains a functionality to immediately see some Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
The following Progress KPI’s are available:
- Planned Quantity to produce vs Actual produced quantity
- Planned Operations vs Actual executed operations
- Planned Operation hours vs Actual consumed hours
- Planned Subcontractor tasks vs Ordered Subcontractor tasks
- Component Status, planned critical components vs component availability
The following Costing KPI’s are available:
- Standard Cost vs Actual Cost
- Standard Cost vs Expected Cost
- Expected Cost vs Actual Cost
Remark:
The Costing KPI’s will stop at 100%. It only indicates wheter the expected and standard cost are achieved from the postings.
Setup
In order to use this feature, the Unit of Measure for the line speed parameter needs to be set up:
- Choose the
icon, enter Manufacturing Setup. - On the Manufacturing Setup Page, open the General Fasttab.
- In the field KPI Speed Unit of Meas. Code, select Days, Hours or Minutes.
Execution
- Choose the icon, enter Released Prod. Orders
- Select Released Prod. Orders .On the list page you’ll find the KPI fields.
