PRODUCTION COMPONENTS AVAILABILITY

The Production Components Availability functionality shows the Replenishment Status of each Production component.
Setup
No setup is required for this functionality.
Execution
- Choose the icon, enter Released Production Orders.
- From the List of Production Orders, select one and click View (or Edit) in the Ribbon.
- On the Lines Fast Tab, select the Assist Button Lines and click Components.
The Production Components Page appears.
Possible values for the Replenishment Status:
Inventory The item can be taken from inventory Requisition Requisition line created for the purchase Purchase Item is purchased Plannend Planning Worksheet created Production Item is planned for production Other Item can be replenished by some other, check order tracking None Item is not planned on hand, action needs to be taken
Remarks:
- When item is reserved, a "(r)" is added after the text:Inventory(r), means reserved from stock.
- When multiple sources are tracked, the ",..." text is added, Planned,... means some quantities are planned, others have another source.
- When there is a shortage, None is added: Purchase,...,None means some quantities are purchase, others have another source and some item are not available.
- When there is a shortage (None in the text), the component line is marked (bold or an icon in front)
- For items that are not set up to use Order Tracking the Replenishment Status will be set to No Information Available
