Training

This exercise will help you to get a better understanding of the Business Central Accelerator App. The exercise can be performed in the CRONUS DIT DEMO company.

Note

Create a copy of this company to keep your CRONUS DIT DEMO in the original state. In the copy you can do all the exercises that are included in the training.

Exercise 2 – Properties in a Sales Flow

• Search for the Properties Page​

• Create a new Customer Property:​

  • Code = TRAINING; Shortcut = 6; Type = Code-List; Group = SALES​
  • Add T1, T2 and T3 as Property Values for the code (Test 1, 2 and 3)​

• Create the same property for Sales Header, Sales Shipment Header, Sales Invoice Header and Sales Credit Memo Header.​

• Open the card for customer 20000 and verify the Properties (sign out and sign in if the Shortcut is not visible yet). Select one of your codes in the Training field.​

  • Create a new Sales Order document for the customer.​
  • Sell some of our delicious Cronus Premium Beer (1010) and post the shipment. Can you see your code on the shipment?​
  • Post the invoice and verify the properties on the posted invoice.
