Intrastat Enhancements

In Business Central Accelerator you can setup some mandatory Intrastat fields by default. These fields will be copied into purchase orders/ sales orders, so you don’t need to fill in manually.

Setup

  1. Choose the search icon, enter Business Central Accelerator Setup
  2. On the General fastTab of Business Central Accelerator Setup for General Ledger, fill in the Transaction Type, Transport Method and Area Activate the Boolean Automatic Intrastat otherwise, the values will not be copied in the sales or purchase documents.

Execution

  1. Choose the search icon, enter Purchase Order.
  2. On the Foreign Trade fastTab, the Transaction Type, Transport Method and Area are default filled in. If needed, you can change the values for this particular order.
    The Transaction Specification you need to fill manually on the document.
