Last Changed User ID and Date/Time

Standard NAV doesn’t allow to see which user was the last one to change an order.

Business Central Accelerator hence provides two new fields in the Purchase/Sales Order card and Purchase/Sales Order list:

  • Last Changed User ID
  • Last Changed Date/Time These fields allow users to immediately see when and by which user the latest modifications on the order have been done. ## Setup No setup is required for this functionality. ## Execution
  1. Choose the search icon, enter Sales Order List
  2. On the Sales Order List, add the two new fields
  3. Open a Sales Order Verify that the two new fields are also visible on the Sales Order Card (Business Central Accelerator Fasttab)
  4. On the Sales Order, change a field (header or lines), and verify that the Last changed Date/Time field changes. Possibly, the Last changed User ID changes as well (if the user who changes the field is different from the user that was in the Last Changed User ID before the change).
