Bonus and Tax Administration

Bonus and Tax Administration (BTA) is an addon for Dynamics NAV and Business Central. It is used for calculating, accruing and invoicing all kinds of discounts or charges. Eg. bonus, taxes, discount, provision, charge, fees and much more. BTA is useful when an amount is needed to be calculated after specific properties on one or more items on a sales or purchase document.

In BTA a agreement line is setup that calculates an amount on a rate (amount or percent) and values from orders and/or items. This agreement line can be filtered on account, item, order head, order line and the BTA document itself.

You can select if the amount should be placed on the source document, how it shall be showed and specific posting groups. You can also manually reverse BTA posts, invoice accrued BTA post and make manually BTA posted to G/L accounts without orders.

BTA has a great overview. All agreement lines are collected in a flexible tree structure overview. The structure, which is made of agreements, can be customized to fit your needs. It is up to you how many levels of agreements you need to create the best overview for your company. On all items, customers and vendors there is a function, which opens the tree structure with filters for the exact item, customer or vendor.

The calculation method is a flexible system, where you as a user can choose from most fields on the item, order, customer and supplier tables, and use them together with number and standard calculations.
